We are a husband and wife physician team passionate about improving the state of healthcare by promoting clinician leadership. We offer a business of medicine curriculum to medical and health professional schools and consulting services in leadership, operational efficiency, and culture transformation.
Micah Relic, DO, DHA, MBA
Dr. Micah Relic completed her undergraduate studies in Biology at the University of Arkansas. She earned her Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine degree from Oklahoma State University College of Osteopathic, and concurrently earned a Master of Business Administration degree.
She completed her Obstetrics and Gynecology Residency at Oklahoma State University Medical Center and is Board Certified through the American College of Osteopathic Obstetricians and Gynecologists. She most recently earned a Doctorate in Healthcare Administration through Oklahoma State University with the intent to champion physician-led healthcare and bridge the gap between administration and clinicians. Dr. Relic practices Obstetrics & Gynecology in Tulsa, OK. She is from Tahlequah, OK, and a proud citizen of the Cherokee Nation.
Aaron Relic, DO, DHA, MBA
Dr. Aaron Relic is a board-certified anesthesiologist and Program Director of the Anesthesiology Residency at Oklahoma State University where he leads the training of future anesthesiologists with a strong emphasis on clinical excellence, leadership development, and organizational health. With clinical experience in both private practice and academic models, leadership experience, and business education, he works to bridge the gap between clinical practitioners and healthcare management. He loves travelling, exploring new cuisine, training in various exercise practices, reading fantasy novels, and spending quality time with his wife and daughter.
